Return/Refund Policy
● Product will be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Refund will be initiated after 2 days from product received at Ravens office location and should not have any physical and new damages.
● To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
● To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
● There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- ● Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- ● Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- ● Return is a system provided by the respective sellers directly under this policy whereby the respective sellers provide you with the option of replacement and/or refund.
- ● All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return policy.
- ● For all products, the return/exchange policy mentioned on the product page shall prevail over the general return policy.
